Stanley Wunderlich, Principal
Mr. Wunderlich brings to his clients over 40 years of experience in Wall Street activities. A specialist in strategic corporate development and has participated in numerous initial public offerings, private placements of equities and institutional private equity offerings. Focused on companies new to the U.S. public markets, he works with businesses based in China, Greece, Sri Lanka, Canada, as well as the United States.
Mr. Wunderlich is noted for forging close relationships with key broker/dealers, venture capitalists, institutional investors, research analysts, media personnel and global private equity sources. Listed in the Who's Who in Executive Management, Mr. Wunderlich is a former member of the American Stock Exchange Arbitration Panel and LIFT (Long Island Forum for Technology). He holds a B.A., L.L.B. and most credits toward his M.B.A. in Executive Management. A proud former United States Marine, a well respected global Triathlete, he is a two-time "Ironman" World Championship finisher.
Brad Powers, Principal
Brad Powers is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of assembling capital, talented employees and board members, as well as founding, developing and profitably growing ventures. He has helped to shape and create enterprises worth hundreds of millions of dollars both in the private and public markets. He uses an innovated methodology along with his vast knowledge from previous enterprises to achieve success. Brad will assist with attracting the necessary capital to fully fund our early stage business plan, help to accelerate growth, and achieve success for all interested parties.
Gerald Franz, Principal
Jerry brings a deep and diverse background to LaunchpadIR's clients and partners with 30+ years of relevant experience. He has spent 10 years as an adviser to investors in the clean tech and internet space, and 20+ years as a business development (BD) consultant to dozens of small cap/start-up companies. In 1977, Jerry co-founded McKeown & Franz Inc. (MFI), a premier environmental consulting firm in Manhattan specializing in the analysis and approvals of large scale real estate projects (including South Street Seaport, MetroTech, and Trump City) and clean tech investment advisory. As managing partner of MFI he identified, advised and completed over $12B in projects/investments.
In recent years (2011-17), he continued advisory and BD consulting for start-up companies and served as project manager for a public renewable energy company, BlueSphere Corp.
Keith Eckert, Consultant
Keith Eckert is an entrepreneurial, highly-effective and proven senior finance executive with a history of success in strategic and operational roles. He is a results-oriented leader who partners with senior executives and board members to develop a shared vision for success and promote collaboration across all levels of an organization. He has experience at established companies as well as launching and turning media start-ups into high-growth and profitable businesses. Keith excels at finding business-oriented solutions to complex business issues, driving performance and increasing operating efficiency. He has a proven track record of building, growing, developing and managing finance and administrative teams.
Adam Brooks, Senior Vice President
Mr. Brooks comes to CFSG1 with a strong background in management, finance and technology. Prior to joining the Company he served as Vice President, Financial Advisor and Regional Technology Coordinator for Morgan Stanley, New York, where he co-managed a $100 million financial portfolio for non-institutional clients. As Regional Technology Coordinator for the Northeast Division of Morgan Stanley, he trained executives and employees throughout the region in the use of proprietary and non-proprietary software and technology applications. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, New York.
Marisa Leigh, Executive Director/Media Relations
Marisa Leigh brings her strong background in healthcare, journalism, public relations, fine arts and marketing to LIR. Over the past few years, she has written extensively for newspapers, online journals and magazines throughout the U.SIn addition to currently writing for US News and World Report and Huff Post, she is an author and ghostwriter. Regarding business, she specializes in press releases, marketing and social media. She majored in Chemistry and minored in English at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Meryl Orshan, Director of Operations
Ms. Orshan has served LIR since 1994 and currently handles operations and support services, marketing materials and brochures, group marketing and seminars and various phases of account management and development. Ms. Orshan received a BA degree from Hofstra University in Administration and Marketing.
